Last updated: February 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Greenville.Delivery platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including customers, drivers, and business account holders.

2. Description of Service

Greenville.Delivery is a local delivery platform that connects customers with independent delivery drivers in the Greenville, SC area. We facilitate the arrangement and payment for delivery services but do not directly provide transportation services. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Greenville.Delivery.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

4. Delivery Services

Greenville.Delivery facilitates deliveries within our service area (approximately 30-mile radius of Greenville, SC). We offer various vehicle classes including bikes, mopeds, cars/SUVs, pickup trucks, and box trucks. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Pricing and Payment

Delivery prices are calculated based on the vehicle class, base fare, and distance. All prices are displayed before you confirm a delivery. Payment is processed through Stripe. By using the Service, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Tips are optional and go 100% to your driver.

6. Prohibited Items

You may not use the Service to deliver illegal substances, hazardous materials, weapons, stolen goods, or any items prohibited by federal, state, or local law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any delivery at our discretion.

7. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a delivery before a driver has been dispatched at no charge. Once a driver has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply. Drivers may decline delivery offers, but repeated cancellations after acceptance may result in account restrictions.

8. Insurance and Liability

All deliveries are covered by our delivery insurance policy. However, our liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the applicable maximum coverage amount, whichever is less. We are not responsible for items that are improperly packaged or inherently fragile.

9. Driver Terms

Drivers using the platform are independent contractors and not employees of Greenville.Delivery. Drivers are responsible for maintaining their own vehicle, insurance, and required licenses. Drivers must pass a background check and maintain a satisfactory delivery rating.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, the Service, or our business interests.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Greenville County, South Carolina.
